Welcome to Winnipeg Classifieds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may use our Service only if you can form a binding contract with Winnipeg Classifieds, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

You are responsible for your account and any activity on it. You must provide us with accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Winnipeg Classifieds, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
