The Winnipeg Classifieds service may contain user-generated content (UGC), including but not limited to classified advertisements, messages, reviews, images, and comments. The views and opinions expressed in UGC are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of Winnipeg Classifieds.

Winnipeg Classifieds is a platform provider and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any UGC posted by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they create and post. We do not endorse any UGC or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

While we do not have an obligation to monitor UGC, we reserve the right to review, screen, edit, or remove any UGC at our sole discretion and without notice if it violates our Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable. The decision to remove any content is final.
